Dallmeier – a leading developer of digital cctv solutions – has launched the UK’s first range of DesignCams: in essence, CCTV cameras configured to sit within a wide variety of unique patterned housings and therefore blend in with the client’s project.
The move comes in response to architects and specifiers now seeking an aesthetic and technically flawless surveillance solution.
“Many designers want security cameras to integrate smoothly with their overall concept,” explains Dallmeier’s UK managing director James Walker. “If you have invested large sums of money on an architecturally stunning building, it’s natural that you would want every element of the construction to mould together perfectly. 50 immediately available designs are currently offered by Dallmeier, although end users may request the customisation of their camera housing to a specific design.
