Video analytics firm Observision has appointed ClearView Communications as its UK distributor.
Mark Bloemendaal, CEO at Observision, said: “We have gone through a thorough selection process of potential distributors, since the UK is considered the biggest European market for security solutions. In the end, it was ClearView’s product portfolio and market position – in addition to their technical knowledge and experience – that provided an excellent fit with our services.
“We are also anticipating high demand for our Videominer in the UK, which is our first official product launch here. We are excited by the benefits of this partnership and will of course continue to appoint partners in the other European territories.”
The Videominer product won a silver Security Innovation Award at Essen this year.
Observision has appointed Graham O’Connor its UK sales manager.
