Wiseberg has been an AD Group board director for the past 10 years and managing director of subsidiary RemGuard Ltd since 1997.
Wiseberg said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with AD Group, particularly through the period of stellar growth in the first few years of this century, but I think it’s time for a new challenge for me. I’m delighted that the Group is in such a strong position and I wish my colleagues all the best for a successful and profitable 2009.”
