Ross brings extensive knowledge of the security industry and professional services experiences to the role. Previously with Siemens, where he was a business development account manager, Ross worked closely with both end users and installers.
Ross said: “After having followed the progressive success of ShopGuard UK from conception to the present day, I was fortunate to be invited to join the team.
“I can see that SG Systems is willing to explore and embrace new technologies within their own industry and encompass new products that can be an enhancement for the customers’ business.
“Having got the mix just right the whole team deliver what the customer expects right at the beginning, which means I am delighted to be a part of that team.”
