Ward brings a wealth of relevant industry experience to this new position, joining Elmdene from Apollo Fire Detectors where he spent the past 14 years.
In addition to his sales experience, Ward can call upon 11 years of engineering experience, backed by a degree, to ensure he has a strong technical and practical understanding of the product lines he’ll now be promoting and supporting.
As regional sales manager, Ward will be working closely with Elmdene’s security and fire customers, initially in the Southern region, to raise awareness of the company’s extensive range of innovative technologies: from award-winning acoustic graffiti detection to energy efficient Switch Mode power supplies.
Part of his remit will also be to further enhance Elmdene’s presence in key vertical market sectors and to support its growing export market in as yet to be designated areas.
