Footwear is an important issue for security officers and police who often spend whole shifts on their feet.
German market research company HYVE AG is now asking police and security personnel to complete a survey that will help them develop more suitable footwear for the jobs.
In return, respondees will get the chance to receive a GB pound 150 Amazon voucher, as well as playing an important part in the development of comfortable and suitable security footwear.
The anonymous survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and will be used by a well-known textile manufacturer to produce the ‘next generation’ of security apparel.
Innovative and affordable security clothing
Workwear specialist Alexandra has unveiled a new range of clothing for security personnel, including security footwear, high visibility jackets and covert body armour suitable for anyone from traditional security officers to police dog handlers.
Alexandra, who will be showcasing the new range at IFSEC International in May, describes the new range as “innovative and affordable.” A full gallery can be viewed below.
