Global fire and safety group Kidde has announced the creation of a new UK Suppression division.
Based in Thame, Oxfordshire, the new division aims to provide the UK fire trade with a single source supply of fire suppression systems for use with 3M, Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid, FM-200, Argonite, CO2 and AquaSafe water spray.
The UK Fire Suppression business is the result of the integration of three brands, namely Kidde Fire Protection, Ginge-Kerr, and SPI Fire Engineering. It aims to offer a total capability approach to fire suppression systems, from initial design, through equipment supply and installation, to full-scale commissioning and maintenance services.
