Nittan has launched a tool which allows system engineers to verify loops of Nittan Sensortec (AS) devices during commissioning.
The MTK Test Tool is an AS protocol loop test tool, as well as an address programmer for the Nittan Sensortec ST-PY-AS range of fire detection products.
The tool reports address, device type and analogue value, and programmes and calibrates the ST-PY-AS. This is expected to help engineers quickly determine the presence of cable faults and device operations, improving the speed and accuracy of commissioning.
The MTK Test Tool is described by Nittan as easy to use, compact and robust.
