Major Announcements from Top Security Players: IFSEC India 2014

With just over two weeks for the biggest security and fire event to start, major security companies have started revealing their plans for IFSEC India 2014. Keeping the competition strong, popular brands like CP Plus, Hikvision, Honeywell Security, Schneider Electric and Delta has made some crucial product announcements for the show. 

CP PLUS TeknoLogix Labs will be displaying CP PLUS Composite DVR, offering compatibility with three signals—IP, analog and HDCVI — to render the comprehensive surveillance solution. CP PLUS Coral Series Coral DVR addresses the issues of mixed systems, where Analog, IP and HDCVI cameras have been added to the electronic surveillance system. 

Hikvision’s will be showcasing its popular ultra-low-light surveillance DarkFighter PTZ camera which has been nominated as a finalist for “CCTV Camera Equipment of the Year” in ISFEC’s Security & Fire Excellence Awards. 

Honeywell Security will be launching its latest version of Pro-Watch Security Management Suite in India (V 4.2). Designed with an open platform that offers integration, scale, and flexibility, Pro-Watch 4.2 delivers the ideal blend of versatility and cost-effective performance. The company has also announced to launch Armor 300 Wireless Security Kit and a series of standalone NVR solutions for advanced video surveillance – including the upgraded HUS-NVR-1032 v2.0, the brand new RAID NVR HUS-NVR-6032, as well as central management software NVR Viewer v.1.0 and HUS Viewer v.2.0. These new NVRs and Viewers are designed to enhance overall user experience. It will also be showcasing a Pre-Programmed Intrusion Panel suitable for branch as well as ATM applications. 

Delta, a pioneer in providing video wall solutions, will be showcasing its state-of-the-art DLP Video wall powered with Next Gen LEDs used in the first ever Safe City Project in India. 

Schneider Electronic will display its two unique cameras i.e. Esprit HD PTZ Camera – specially designed for Traffic Monitoring, City Center Surveillance Airports & Marine Environments, Heavy Commercial & Industrial. The other is Spectra Professional HD PTZ Dome Camera – aims to target Commercial, Industrial, City Surveillance, Traffic Monitoring and Gaming sector. 

Popular names like Axis Communications, Matrix, Silvan Innovation Labs have already announced the launch of some of their latest products and solutions.

 

The grandest security, civil protection and fire safety event is completely sold out for this year and is scheduled from 11th to 13th December 2014 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – supported by Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI).

The leading security and fire event will also showcase a dedicated country pavilions from China, Canada, Singapore, UK, USA and many other countries are expected to join. 

Set over a sprawling 15,000 sq. meters of exhibition floor area, the 8th edition of IFSEC India is expected to have around 250 exhibitors from over 20 countries that will interact with almost 10,000 security professionals visiting the show.

With encouraging support from Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI), the grandest security show is expected to have an excellent participation and visit from resellers and system integrators besides end-users from state government, law enforcement agencies, defense & paramilitary establishments, and security heads from PSUs & major companies.

IFSEC India will also host top 50 CSOs from top 50 ET 500 companies.A new initiative has also been taken by IFSEC India where first 200 SI across the country who registers online will get full reimbursement of 3rd-AC fare of their train travel.
