The entire fourth floor of a 17-storey tower block in south London was damaged in a fire and seven people were taken to hospital.
Around 75 firefighters responded to the call shortly before 3.00am on Friday 15 July. They rescued nine people from the third and fourth floors using ladders, while a further 10 people were led to safety via internal staircases by crews wearing breathing apparatus.
The fire was under control by around 4.45am and the cause is under investigation.
