Engineers prefer a higher profile!
The company, part of the Plexus Group of installers, says that enquiries by their engineers wanting to find ways to overcome paying premium tax rates that accompany cars with the new tax rules, was one of the reasons for buying the commercials.
Coping with rough terrain often encountered with CCTV installations on large sites was another factor in the decision. The vehicles were preferred over panel-type vans because they gave a higher company profile, had better towing capability, load space and room to fit a van vault.
