The company was formed in 2005 when Thomas relinquished his role as national training manager for the Vision Security Group (VSG) and Lockley left his post as training and development manager at (what was then) the Security Industry Training Organisation.
Since then, the duo have both been appointed as National Open College Network-approved quality managers to oversee delivery of the Security Industry Authority’s competency qualifications, and retained as lecturers for the Dubai Police Academy. The company itself was also appointed as official security training partner by the Co-operative Group.
The organisation can deliver training consultancy, bespoke course design, training project management, Health and Safety consultancy, recruitment services and psychometric testing. Technical training in CCTV and intruder alarm systems is also on the agenda.
