Biometrics are becoming the basis of an extensive array of highly secure identification and personal verification solutions, say the exhibition organisers. Iris, fingertip and facial biometric trials are underway in a number of airports with aims to enhance security and improve passenger flow.
Biometric screening is also being tested to control access to secure areas by airport and airline staff.
