The diverse range of CCTV systems are all handled in a common interface, with pre-alarm clips and event video being presented to the operator for visual verification.
A single click displays live cameras and camera groups, as well as multi-layered, interactive alarm zone maps.
All this helps operators to distinguish between actual and false alarms, according to Bold, and to generate the correct level of response.
