Tough, rugged and waterproof, and designed to be aesthetically pleasing, the IR30i range is suitable for both internal and external applications, and aims to “dramatically improve the night time performance of IR sensitive cameras”.
“The IR30i range offers the end user real benefits by delivering excellent night-time pictures, outstanding reliability, long life, little-to-no ongoing maintenance and low running costs,” said John Downie, CBC’s sales and marketing manager.
The IR30i units are powered by ‘Black Diamond technology’, and are suitable for illumination at ranges up to 30 metres.
“These new illuminators are powered by either 12v DC or 24v AC from any suitable power supply and they feature an integral photocell for automatic activation during the hours of darkness,” Downie said.
“The low power consumption of the solid state LED array results in very low running costs with an average operational life of over five years.”
