As Apple fans around the world queue up to get their hands on the latest iPhone 5, these thieves found another way to beat the queues.
They were caught on CCTV earlier this year ram raiding an Apple store in California, and stealing iPhones and iPads.
The violent collision through the security barriers left the BMW heavily damaged, however, and police found the car abandoned with two flat tyres a few streets away.
A man then arrived to collect the car a few days later to take it to be fixed, which was when police arrested him.
The arrested man denies vandalism and burglary, and the courts are trying to decide if he is one of the ram raiders.
