Entrepreneur completes Vision CCTV buy-in
Local man Tim Ralston said he hopes to build on the Sheffield company’s success whilst making the most of the growing demand for electronic security.
The Vision CCTV team- made up of just nine full-time staff- expects to expand under Ralston, who becomes the company’s new managing director.
“I am delighted to be investing in the future of Vision CCTV and look forward to working with Peter and the team to drive the business forward,” he said.
Vision CCTV’s Peter Davidson will continue to play an important role in the management of the business.
The buy-out was funded by Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank’s South Yorkshire Business Centre, a new venture founded in May.
Andy Cocker, the organisation’s head said, “Tim’s previous business experience combined with the knowledge and expertise of the existing team at Vision CCTV will help to develop and expand the business, furthering its potential, creating new job opportunities and ensuring the continued success of the business for many years to come.”
Vision CCTV’s clients include Severn Trent PLC, British Aerospace and Swallow Inns PLC, as well as several local authorities.
