The lengthier warranties are a result of Baxall’s commitment to top quality CCTV products and customer care. The company conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys every year, which Baxall says are very encouraging.
Baxall also enhances its CCTV equipment by ploughing back 10% of its turnover into R&D every year. This equipment – including 200,000 cameras per year – is manufactured at its Stockport factory.
