In April 2007, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) published its Stakeholder Engagement Strategy to develop the way in which it interacts with the private security industry. In the Regulator’s opinion, this is “essential” if the industry’s interests are to remain at the core of its work.
For the Regulator, continual focus on the industry’s needs and wants can be achieved by examination of customer relations, better consultation with the industry and better collaboration with partner organisations.
The SIA is keen to obtain as much feedback as possible on its Strategy document. The questionnaires should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
