Belanger joins ImmerVision from GE Capital, a provider of financial solutions to a broad range of businesses, where he led the Canadian syndication capital markets activities.
Prior to GE Capital, Belanger served as an investment manager at SGF Tech, a venture capital fund focused on investing in high tech companies. He began his career with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton before moving into the corporate finance sector.
“Frederic brings ImmerVision 15 years of experience in structuring and negotiating commercial and equity financing, setting up business partnerships and assessing and analyzing investment opportunities,” said Pascale Nini, president and CEO of ImmerVision.
