Four new products from Axis
The Axis 211M is a 1.3 megapixel network camera which uses megapixel resolution in MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG streams, while two new megapixel dome cameras – the 216MFD and 216MFD-V – include a 1.3 megapixel sensor with progressive scan, reducing motion blur in comparison with traditional interlaced video PAL/NTSC cameras.
The Axis 215 PTZ network camera includes an auto-flip feature that reverses the pan direction whenever the camera reaches the mechanical stop at 180 deg, taking about one second to perform the ‘flip’. This means it is suitable for mounting in the centre of the ceiling.
