The new company will be one of the largest security integrators and consultancy firms in the UK with over 2,500 clients.
The new GSS will be run from Worthing and Bracknell, with additional sales offices in London and Dublin.
No financial details on the terms of the merger were available.
David Hobson, managing directory of GSS, said that the merger was a perfect fit for both parties.

“They need a trusted partner to understand their business and work with them to provide a solid security architecture for the integrity of their data. They also need assistance ensuring they comply with the plethora of legislation and regulations facing business today.”
