According to the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials “released a video of a robbery attempt foiled by an enraged and barking chihuahua, hoping the public can identify the two assailants”.
The incident took place on July 7 at a ‘smoke shop’. The two robbers burst into the store, brandishing a rifle, and the shop owner begins putting money in their bag. But the chihuahua intervenes, and the men flee the store seconds later, with the dog in hot pursuit.
Neither the store owner or the chihuahua were injured in the incident.
