Lock bites
The deadlocking latchbolt on the sashbolt provides the added benefit of dual point locking. An ‘easifit’ microswitch, available separately, allows the lock to be used in conjunction with alarms and other electronic equipment, patent pending.
The Chubb Viper deadlock and sashlock are police and insurance industry approved and, for commercial applications or when insurance approval is not critical, they are available in lockcase only format.
