Firesafe has introduced a mains voltage isolation switch to its range of fire alarm equipment. The switch is said to be suitable for use with all fire alarm systems to help electrical installers comply with standards.
The mains voltage isolation switch has a 240V ac 2 pole switching device. It comes as standard with a secure lockswitch to prevent unauthorised use.
The isolation switch is also encased in a red flame retardant enclosure, with clearly marked text and a neon power indicator for easy use. Its key can be removed in both the ‘on’ or ‘off’ position, and it has a switch 80A surge rating.
