Mawby joins the London-based company from Profile Security, where he was operations manager, having previously held a similar post at ISS Security.
Mawby has been given operational command of all sites within the South Yorkshire region, and is responsible for liaising with both officers and clients alike.
He’s also tasked with monitoring and developing all contracts in the area – including key holding, alarm response, security guarding and mobile services.
Jonathan Levine, the group CEO at Axis, commented that Mawby’s appointment strengthens the nationwide reach of the company.
