Tim, an experienced networking and security industry expert, joins from RSA Security where he held the position of Area Vice President, International Marketing.
Tim will play a pivotal role in guiding Mimecast to attain its strategic goals and building on the success of the company, which has achieved a growth rate on 300% year on year, since its launch in 2003.
He will be expanding Mimecast’s activities in North America following its successful launch in the US market place earlier this year, as well as developing the Mimecast brand in its UK, South African markets and offshore operations in the Caribbean and Channel Islands.
Tim helped to establish the ASP industry in Europe in the role of Worldwide ASP Industry Consortium President and was a board member of IAAC (Information Assurance Advisory Council) and one of the founder members of the IISP (The Institute of Information Security Professionals).
Tim has a BA in Systems Analysis from Bristol University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
