The New West End Company is the business improvement district that’s responsible for enhancing and promoting retail business in London’s Bond Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street areas.
The three-year contract is due to commence on 1 June, and will see MITIE taking over the operation and management of the renowned Red Caps Warden Team, which consists of 16 dedicated officers. The MITIE Security Team will be responsible for providing customer support and a visible security presence to aid the New West End Company in driving forward the West End, a part of the Capital that accommodates over 200 million visitors each year.
