MITIE’s Total Security Management division has achieved Institute of Leadership and Management ‘approved centre’ status and can now deliver ILM qualifications.
Through delivering ILM-accredited qualifications, MITIE is able to offer formal qualifications to its people, in turn encouraging them to develop their skills, motivating them in their roles and creating a desire to stay with MITIE (thus giving clients stability in the teams with which they work).
Part of the City & Guilds Group and a professional body, the ILM is a specialist when it comes to leadership and management development. It stands as the UK’s biggest awarding body for leadership and management with 2,500 approved centres in 51 countries.
Over 90,000 managers take an ILM qualification each year.
