Axis worked with IT consultancy RPC Consultants to install 76 cameras across the car parks, service corridors and throughout the 59-unit shopping centre. A range of dome and PTZ cameras were selected, with the aim of mitigating against fraudulent ‘slip and fall’ personal injury claims, enforce health and safety measures and reduce shoplifting.

All surveillance images are fed into Milestone XProtect Enterprise video management software via a Gigabit fibre backbone internally, and a wireless network operating across the car parks.
