New ARC aimed at independent firms
Initial says it set up the division because “security installers have been finding it hard to choose an independent alarm monitoring service, as most alarm receiving centres have been bought out by larger companies”.
It claims that because many of these larger companies have their own installation divisions, independent installers can potentially face competition from the very company they are working with at the ARC.
“To address this, AM has been created to combine the advantages of a specialist ‘independent’ service with the benefits that come from having back-up provided by a major security company,” Initial says.
The service is also able to provide detailed alarm reports online, using its Remote Alarm Management system.
