The Building Integration System (BIS) lets security staff integrate a wide range of systems – whether from Bosch or another company – on one platform.
Fire and intrusion panels, video systems, access control, public address systems and building automation devices can all be displayed on up to four customisable screens, providing for the needs of different operator groups on the same site.
The management system’s structure is based on three main modules: automation, access and video engine. This, says Bosch, enables an incremental approach that grows with the customer’s requirements.
A central alarm management system uses location maps with animated detector icons and an automated display of procedural instructions to help operators deal with emergencies quickly.
The BIS is suitable for use in a wide variety of places, including banks, airports, shopping malls, industrial sites and residential areas.
