New D-TectX external detector from GJD
It has two passive infrared sensors, both of which have to be triggered before an alarm signal is generated. The detection range is programmable from 8 to 30m with 70 deg detection angle and integral adjustable masking curtains. This prevents boundary overspill making it particularly effective for perimeter detection.
D-TectX can control cameras and lighting systems and the pan and tilt facility coupled with a mounting height of up to 6 metres allows the view of the detector and a camera to be matched precisely.
The aesthetically pleasing, modern IP55 rated casing has front and rear tamper switches with an aerial that is housed on the conduit adaptor.
The detector features a randomly generated 16 million possibility security code, coupled with pro-active 868MHz RF link diagnostic communications ensures maximum security.
The receiver comes equipped as standard with a four-channel mother-board and the option to fit up to three four-channel expansion slots giving the potential to monitor up to 16 detectors.
