Carol Cope helped to launch the DM Fusion initiative last month and now takes on its ongoing development and day-to-day management.
Under the scheme, installers must follow certain rules and recommend Micros products first. In return they are offered discounts, priority access to products and enhanced technical support.
Paul Calnan, Regional Director at Dedicated Micros is pleased to have Cope on board. “She has extensive experience in customer relationship management and has helped to bring to market successful programmes in other sectors”, he said.
According to Cope, who previously worked for electronics company Sharp, the scheme is progressing well. She said, “The initial reaction to the programme has been extremely positive with many installers signing-up on-stand at the recent IFSEC exhibition and others applying through the dedicated DM Fusion website. I believe that there are now huge opportunities, moving forward, for DM and installers to develop mutually beneficial relationships.”
