The new number is 0844 844 3888 (or 0128 97 230 if calling from the Republic of Ireland). It gives customers direct access to the main support departments for any Panasonic Systems Solutions product.
When dialling, customers will be able to choose from three options.
Option 1 includes stock availability, accounts, pricing information and delivery enquiries, and is open from 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
Option 2 is Technical Support, and includes assistance with installation, system design and product specification. It’s open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Option 3 is the Panasonic Service Centre for all warranty and chargeable repairs. It’s also open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
