Vision Fire & Security, the Australian based company that encompasses the Vesda aspirating smoke detection brand and Millbank voice alarm systems, has changed its name to Xtralis.
According to the company, the name change is to better reflect the growth and changing nature of the company’s businesses, through ongoing product development as well as acquisition of complementary technologies.
Xtralis’ product range also includes video-based security solutions (ADPRO), fire control and management solutions (PROACTIV) and ASIM, a manufacturer of security detectors, traffic detection and traffic data acquisition systems.
