Norbain continues focus on IP with appointment of new business development managers
With Paul Jones working in the North of the UK and Matthew Jones in the South, both managers will be available to guide Norbain customers through the intricacies of IP surveillance technology.
Their expertise in the provision of concept-through-to-completion IP video solutions will be backed by Norbain’s fast and effective order processing to provide added value for installers and end users alike.
Working with new and existing customers, Paul and Matthew will be offering independent advice and depth of technical expertise across a range of multi-brand IP CCTV solutions, all the while aiming to advise on the best technology selection for each and every system component.
Possibilities offered by the new technology
“Many customers are already very advanced in their knowledge of IP, but some are only aware of the possibilities of this new technology,” said Buzz Coates, Norbain’s dvisional director for branded CCTV.
“Our aim is to arm installers and end users with the market and product knowledge they need to take advantage of this leading-edge technology, and progress their businesses accordingly.”
Commenting on his new role, Paul Jones told Info4Security: “In my new position I hope to continue the success I enjoyed previously working with Sony IP products and add value to installations both large and small, whether hybrid or IP.”
Similarly, Mathew Jones enthused: “These are exciting times for IP technology, and our aim is to ensure Norbain’s customers are aware of, and can benefit from the latest developments in IP surveillance.”
