The complaint seeks an exclusion order and a cease and desist order barring the importation, sale for importation, or sale after importation of products from Bosch, Samsung and Sony that contain software features and functions which infringe certain ObjectVideo patents.
In April, ObjectVideo filed a patent complaint against Bosch, Samsung and Sony in the United States District Court of Virginia. Read about that here.
