Offer clients more services, ARC advises installers

Bob Marston-Taylor, manager of Alert Services – the independent ARC division of Securitas – believes installers should take advantage of additional services such as lone worker protection and vehicle tracking offered by alarm receiving centres.

“These new services take advantage of the latest communications technology and will allow installers to add further value to their alarm monitoring contracts by providing customers with better security options,” Marston-Taylor said.
