The change to Overtis Group Limited reflects the broader range of solutions that the company now offers through its operating divisions Overtis Solutions: Physical and Electronic Security and Overtis Systems: Information Security.

Other than the change in company name all other facets of existing clients’ business relationship with the company (including the legal entity with whom an individual contracts) remain unaffected.
