Panasonic helpline now open for longer
The move, which sees phone lines open from 8.30am to 6.00pm on weekdays, was taken to improve Panasonic’s level of customer service.
Paul Meehan, head of system solutions in the UK & Ireland, said, “We believe it is imperative the customer service we provide is equivalent to the high standard of our products and we continually strive to develop and improve both.”
