Payne Security helps IFA prepare for World Cup
The cards are being issued ahead of the IFA’s World Cup 2010 qualifying campaign, providing members with a range of benefits including loyalty points entitling them to discounts on future purchases at the IFA store.
The IFA required a swift turnaround and asked local company North Time & Data – Payne Security’s trade partner in Northern Ireland, with whom it has been working since 2005 – to develop and mass produce ID cards as the backbone of an appropriate solution.
With such a major campaign ahead, North Time & Data recognised the value in offering Payne Security’s complete card management service, which encompasses the production and fulfillment of personalised, secure and branded ID cards.
Designed to the client’s specification
Over 3,000 cards have been produced at Payne Security’s facility in Mold, North Wales to the IFA’s design specification, including a barcode on the reverse that helps facilitate the loyalty scheme. These are then posted directly to end users, affording the IFA a hassle-free card solution.
“The support from North Time & Data during the transition period has been first class, and saved us a lot of time and resources,” commented Jonny McMeekin, database manager at the IFA who provided all data required for the production of the cards.
“We’re delighted to be involved in such a prestigious scheme, and glad to help North Time & Data meet the IFA’s needs,” explained Andy Roberts, national sales development manager at Payne Security.
Geoff Wilson – head of marketing and communications at the IFA – added: “North Time & Data is a local company providing an excellent service for the Association. Membership and Loyalty schemes have been very popular, especially in the football arena, and we hope to continue to develop our relationship with North Time & Data as our membership scheme increases its numbers.”
