Pearl joins Novar’s stable

The deal sees Novar acquire the Pearl Security Group Limited and its two trading subsidiaries, Pearl Fire and Security Limited and Pearl Support Services Limited.
Novar, which boasts worldwide sales of GB pound 1.4 billion, has an Intelligent Building Systems division, under which Pearl will join Trend, MK, Brand-Rex, Ackermann, Gent, Esser, Visioprime, ADE, Bardic and Friedland. The company will continue to be known as Pearl.
