CCTV

Parts of the hospital will be fitted with a security system that includes 15 Honeywell CCTV security cameras in 16 separate wards, each camera being linked to a digital video control system. Cameras also provide coverage in communal areas.

Images can be recorded at a high rate per second count, and are compressed in order to maximise use of storage space.
