Previously located at Barwell Business Park in Chessington, Reliance High-Tech has now centralised its customer services and the command and control of field-based staff to its West Yorkshire based Monitoring and Communications Centre.
The BS 5797 Category II-accredited hub also provides a diversity of 24/7 intelligent intervention, communications and command and control services.
The relocation also realises an opportunity to strengthen logistics and stock operations through leveraging the multi-hub network of key partners, in turn facilitating rapid ordering and delivery of parts and equipment to field engineers.
