Risco buys Gardiner Technology
Risco, which owns Rokonet UK, will continue to run the companies independently.
A statement from Risco said: "Our position in the US, Far East and Europe will allow Gardiner Technology to accomplish greater penetration into other markets."
Risco also owns Homex building/home networking solutions, SeeTV CCTV systems and SpotFire fire alarm systems.
