The SIA was unable to say if it was the first time that the East Grinstead-based company had been charged under the Private Security Industry Act.
Anyone found guilty of supplying unlicensed security staff to another can be imprisoned for up to six months under section five of the act, which was ratified in 2001.
Robert Buxton, Media Relations Manager at the SIA said they are carrying out other investigations with regard to the supply of unlicensed staff.
