This week’s Songs About Security is unashamedly unimaginative, but a tune nonetheless. As we and a large proportion of the security world are getting ready for IFSEC International all next week, we’ve plummed for the simple motown loveliness that is The Temptations’ Get Ready.
It was written and produced by Smokey Robinson, and if you imagine that the girl in the song is actually IFSEC it makes it all the more enjoyable. Smokey did like his lone worker protection solutions after all.
Certainly, whenever I’m asked who makes my dreams real, I say that IFSEC does.
