Songs about security: Reward
That’s right – our song is the superb ‘Reward’ by The Teardrop Explodes, the stone-cold early 80s classic.
These days Julian Cope is either writing really rather interesting books about Krautrock or Japanese rock music – or exhibiting an unhealthy interest in ley lines and mystic stones and that sort of malarkey.
The Teardrop Explodes were initially managed by Bill Drummond, later of the genius KLF. He also writes good books these days. That is an interesting fact.
