Texecom acquired by Halma group

Texecom joins Halma’s Fire and Security Division, headed by Neil Quinn as Divisional Chief Executive.

Texecom will continue to run as an autonomous company within the group, with its own resources and management, under the direction of Bob Austen as managing director and with Quinn as chairman.
